Challenging the Dispute Raised Against You

If there is a Dispute against someone, they can defend themselves by challenging it.

1. Press the challenge button appearing at the bottom of the chat on the dispute page.

2. Confirm the transaction in your wallet.

3. Once confirmed, the dispute status will be changed from raised to challenged.

You can discuss with the other party about the matter and both parties can come up with a common solution of partial or full refund by modifying the dispute amount. In case of any dead ends, either of the party can invite a support team agent to resolve the matter.
