Raising a Dispute

On the agreement/job page, expand the details of the Milestone on which you want to raise a dispute.
Click on "Raise a Dispute".
In the opened window, select one of the reasons for the dispute and click on "Go Forward with the Dispute".
Explain the issue in detail you're having with the Seller/Worker or the goods delivered and select the amount you want as a refund.
Click on "Open Dispute" and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
Once confirmed, you should be able to see "Go to Dispute" button on that Milestone to go to the dispute page.
