Inviting Support Team (Arbitrage)

If there is a dead end between both sides, either party can invite a support team member to settle the dispute.

  1. On the dispute page click the "Invite Support Team" Button.

  2. Approve the transaction for fee. (Inviter will pay 5% additional fee).

  3. After approving, again click on the "Invite Support Team" button and Confirm the transaction in your wallet and wait for an answer from the team.
